Terms and conditions
Fiber subscription
- Commitment period
- The customer is required to complete the full commitment period agreed upon at the time of subscribing to Fiber service, which is 24 months.
- Early termination
- If the customer chooses to terminate or cancel the Fiber subscription before the end of the commitment period, for any reason, the customer must settle all outstanding and remaining payments due for the entire commitment period.
- Laptop charges
- If the customer terminates the Fiber subscription before the end of the commitment period, the customer will be required to pay the full value of the laptop, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- Fiber router return
- The Fiber router is provided to the customer on a rental basis and remains the property of the company. Upon completion of the commitment period and termination of the Fiber subscription, the customer must return the Fiber router to the company in accordance with the company's applicable procedures.
- Laptop and voucher delivery
- The laptop and voucher will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 7 days from the date of Fiber service activation.
- Speed expectations
- Internet speed is only guaranteed when the customer is connected via an Ethernet cable.
- Service availability
- Fiber service availability is subject to coverage and technical availability at the customer's location.
- A one-time JOD 30 down payment is required when you subscribe and will be added to the offer price.
- The offer is applicable to Jordanian customers only.

- The 5G router is provided to the customer on a rental basis and remains the property of the company. Upon completion of the commitment period and termination of the 5G subscription, the customer must return the 5G router to the company in accordance with the company's applicable procedures.
- Tablet and voucher delivery
- The tablet and voucher will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 7 days from the date of 5G service activation.

- In case of any technical issues, customers may contact the Customer Service Center by calling 1333 or 0788001333.
- Trial period for new customers
- New customers are eligible for a trial period of up to 4 days or 20 GB of data, whichever comes first, in the event of technical issues.
- 5G availability
- 5G service availability is subject to network coverage in the customer's area. Customers can refer to the coverage map for more details.
- A one-time JOD 30 down payment is required when you subscribe and will be added to the offer price.
- The offer is applicable to Jordanian customers only.
Common questions
Is the service available in my area?
Fiber and 5G depend on coverage at your address. We confirm coverage before activation and contact you if the service is not available.
What am I actually paying each month?
The price on each card covers the plan and the device instalment together, before tax. A one-time JOD 30 down payment is added to your first bill.
What happens after 24 months?
The device is yours to keep. The Wi-Fi router is rented and is returned to Umniah if you end the subscription.
When do the device and voucher arrive?
Within 7 days of service activation, delivered free anywhere in Jordan.
What if I cancel early?
You settle the remaining months of the commitment and the full value of the device.
Can existing customers subscribe?
Yes. The offer is open to new and existing customers in Jordan until 14 September.
