Commitment Period:
The customer is required to complete the full commitment period agreed upon at the time of subscribing to the 5G service which is 24M

Early Termination:
If the customer chooses to terminate or cancel the Tablet subscription before the end of the commitment period, for any reason, the customer must settle all outstanding and remaining payments due for the entire commitment period.

Tablet Charges:
If the customer terminates the 5G subscription before the end of the commitment period, the customer will be required to pay the full value of the tablet, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

5G Router Return:
The 5G Router is provided to the customer on a rental basis and remains the property of the company. Upon completion of the commitment period and termination of the 5G subscription, the customer must return the 5G Router to the company in accordance with the company's applicable procedures.

Tablet and Voucher Delivery:
The Tablet and voucher will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 7 days from the date of 5G service activation.

Trial Period for New Customers:

New customers are eligible for a trial period of up to 4 days or 20 GB of data, whichever comes first, in the event of technical issues.

5G Availability:

5G service availability is subject to network coverage in the customer’s area. Customers can refer to the coverage map for more details.

A one-time JOD 30 down payment is required when you subscribe and will be added to the offer price.
