Fiber subscription
Commitment period
The customer is required to complete the full commitment period agreed upon at the time of subscribing to Fiber service, which is 24 months.
Early termination
If the customer chooses to terminate or cancel the Fiber subscription before the end of the commitment period, for any reason, the customer must settle all outstanding and remaining payments due for the entire commitment period.
Laptop charges
If the customer terminates the Fiber subscription before the end of the commitment period, the customer will be required to pay the full value of the laptop, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Fiber router return
The Fiber router is provided to the customer on a rental basis and remains the property of the company. Upon completion of the commitment period and termination of the Fiber subscription, the customer must return the Fiber router to the company in accordance with the company's applicable procedures.
Laptop and voucher delivery
The laptop and voucher will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 7 days from the date of Fiber service activation.
Speed expectations
Internet speed is only guaranteed when the customer is connected via an Ethernet cable.
Service availability
Fiber service availability is subject to coverage and technical availability at the customer's location.
  • The monthly price shown on the offer card is the plan price only and does not include the device. The laptop instalment of JOD 10 a month is added on top of the plan price throughout the 24-month commitment period.
  • The subscription is subject to a 24-month commitment period.
  • A one-time JOD 30 down payment is required when you subscribe and will be added to the offer price.
  • After the 24-month commitment period ends, the laptop instalment stops and the subscription continues at the standard plan price without the device charge.
  • The offer is applicable to Jordanian customers only.
5G subscription
Commitment period
The customer is required to complete the full commitment period agreed upon at the time of subscribing to the 5G service, which is 24 months.
Early termination
If the customer chooses to terminate or cancel the tablet subscription before the end of the commitment period, for any reason, the customer must settle all outstanding and remaining payments due for the entire commitment period.
Tablet charges
If the customer terminates the 5G subscription before the end of the commitment period, the customer will be required to pay the full value of the tablet, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
5G router return
The 5G router is provided to the customer on a rental basis and remains the property of the company. Upon completion of the commitment period and termination of the 5G subscription, the customer must return the 5G router to the company in accordance with the company's applicable procedures.

Trial period for new customers
New customers are eligible for a trial period of up to 4 days or 20 GB of data, whichever comes first, in the event of technical issues.
5G availability
5G service availability is subject to network coverage in the customer's area. Customers can refer to the coverage map for more details.
