Commitment Period:
1.       The customer is required to complete the full commitment period agreed upon at the time of subscribing to Fiber service which is 24 Months

Early Termination:
If the customer chooses to terminate or cancel the Fiber subscription before the end of the commitment period, for any reason, the customer must settle all outstanding and remaining payments due for the entire commitment period.

Laptop Charges:
If the customer terminates the Fiber subscription before the end of the commitment period, the customer will be required to pay the full value of the laptop, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

Fiber Router Return:
The Fiber Router is provided to the customer on a rental basis and remains the property of the company. Upon completion of the commitment period and termination of the Fiber subscription, the customer must return the Fiber Router to the company in accordance with the company's applicable procedures.

Laptop and Voucher Delivery:
The laptop and voucher will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 7 days from the date of Fiber service activation.

Speed Expectations:

Internet speed is only guaranteed when the customer is connected via an Ethernet cable.

Service Availability:

Fiber service availability is subject to coverage and technical availability at the customer’s location.
