The line is dedicated to people with disabilities. Each subscriber can only have one line and must present an ID from a deaf center or institute.
Unlimited free translation minutes are available for deaf people to use when visiting Umniah branches or calling the customer service center. This is made possible by the presence of specialized staff to serve people with disabilities.
“GSM and Smart” cards can be used to pay for monthly subscription fees.
Data Carry Over is available, meaning that unused internet data can be carried over to the next month. This is available if the subscriber renews their subscription on time or early.
Local and international calls are charged by the minute.
You can renew your subscription early by calling *456# or through the Umniah app.

A valid civil ID card
A medical report that verifies the disability, per the following conditions:
The report must be issued by any of the governmental hospitals or hospitals affiliated with the Royal Medical Services.No reports issued by private hospitals will be accepted.
The report must be issued by a medical committee accredited by the aforementioned medical centers (hospitals).
The report must indicate the category of disability.
The report must clarify the degree of disability; permanent or partial, as this line is dedicated to people with permanent disabilities.
