Our Commitment to You

An installment plan is only processed once all criteria are met and your bank confirms approval. This happens swiftly and automatically behind the scenes, and you will get notified within seconds of submitting your payment card details. Confirmation that your Installment payment is successful at checkout means that your total cart amount is guaranteed to be split over 6 months (or the selected tenure in the case of Arab Bank).

Once you receive confirmation of the successful transaction, the full cart amount in JOD will be temporarily reserved on your card. Shortly after, you’ll receive an SMS from your bank confirming that the payment has been converted into monthly installments (e.g., JOD 25/month for 6 months).

Eligibility & Terms

• Eligible Cards: Only credit cards approved for online installments by partner banks.
• Approval: The full amount is authorized at checkout. The bank confirms and splits it into monthly payments. Ineligible cards are declined.
• Tenure: Fixed at 6 months (up to 24 months for Arab Bank customers).
• Important: Installment selection must happen at the checkout. It cannot be modified afterward.

How to Pay in Installments

1. Add eligible products (min. JOD 100) to your cart.
2. Proceed to the checkout page.
3. Under Payment Method, select Installments.
4. Enter your credit card details (must be from a partner bank).
5. Your bank will:

• Reserve the full amount from your card.
• Send an SMS confirming the monthly split shortly after the transaction
  (e.g., JOD 25/month for 6 months).

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are all orders eligible for installments?

No. Orders must:

• Include eligible items (e.g., devices and accessories).
• Have a minimum cart value of JOD 100

Note: Mobile/internet plans and electronic cards are excluded and not eligible.

2. Are there any fees or interest?

• No. All installment plans have a 0% interest rate.

3. What happens if my card isn't eligible?

• You won’t be able to proceed with the installment option. The system checks eligibility before completing the transaction.

4. Can I select a different installment duration?

• The period is fixed at 6 months except for Arab Bank, which offers up to 24 months (adjustable via SMS post-purchase).

5. When are monthly payments deducted?

• The bank automatically charges your monthly installment on your billing date.

Example: You may first see a reserved charge of JOD 700, then receive an SMS confirming JOD 117/month for 6 months.

6. Can I use a debit or prepaid card?

• No. Only eligible credit cards from partner banks are accepted.

7. Can I combine eligible and ineligible items in one order?

• No. If your cart includes ineligible items (e.g., mobile plans), the Installments option won’t appear at checkout.
